400 g Crucolo al Vino cheese
Preparation
Dice the Crucolo al Vino cheese. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir slowly. Return to the microwave for another 3 minutes at 180°C. Serve hot in small earthenware bowls.
